Meet Mrs. Migdalia Jorge
Mrs. Migdalia Jorge is a highly accomplished medical professional with extensive clinical and research experience. She currently serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator at MindScope Research Corp. in Miami, Florida, where she applies her extensive medical knowledge and patient care expertise to support innovative clinical investigations. Her academic journey began with a Doctorate in General Medicine from the University of Havana, followed by a Specialist Degree in Gynecology and Obstetrics from González Coro Hospital. After relocating to the United States, she broadened her credentials by earning certifications as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician, and later completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón.
Mrs. Jorge dedicated over a decade to the Miami Transplant Institute, an institution jointly established by Jackson Health System and UHealth, the University of Miami Health System, where she coordinated pediatric kidney transplant cases. During her tenure, she actively contributed to research on intrapatient tacrolimus variability and medical nonadherence among pediatric transplant patients. She also served as a faculty member at Florida National College.
